Refunds

If you decide to stop using our platform, we will return you money for days remaining on your account.

To do this you need to write an application (in free form) to our support@leogram.com, attach color copy of the main page of your ID document.

The application will be considered within two days.
Refunds can be made through Visa / MasterCard / PayPal.

The procedure of funds returning is regulated by cl. 4.1-4.3 Bank of Russia Regulation No. 373-P of 12.10.2011 "On the Procedure for Conducting Cash Operations with Banknotes and Coins of the Bank of Russia on the Territory of the Russian Federation", as well as Regulation No. 266-P of the Bank of Russia of 24.12.2004 "On the Issue of Banking Cards and transactions made using payment cards."
